One thing I forgot to mention about your Backaroo Banzai PCs.  By the
time you become 100pt characters, you will al be expected to be at least
proficient in some musical talent.  Basically, you'll all also be in a
rock-n-roll band together as well as your evil thwarting organization
(actually, they're probably the *same* organization :).  So, just be
carefull you don't end up with a band of 5 lead guitar players.  It
would also be nice if the "party leader" was the front-man for the band
too. 

Also, by the time you are 100pt characters, you PCs must feel committed
to being 'good guys'.  Their personal motives dedicating their lives
to fighting sinister forces is up to *you*, not me. 

Lastly, it's not imperative that your PCs are butt buddies.  I mean,
sometimes internal conflict between *PCs* can be fun; but, I will not
tolerate one player harming, or by inaction, allow harm to come to
another players character.  If you are all role-playing 'good-guys'
this should really come up, but I've been in too many groups were
some guys seemed to think RPGs were a contest between them and the
other players for experience points.
